長野県小布施町のまちづくり・長野県松本市の移住政策－ヒアリング調査報告－ The Urban Development of Obuse Town and the Migration Policy of Matsumoto City in Nagano Prefecture－A Report on Interviews－ 花園, 祥子 metadata only access 名桜大学 まちづくり 移住政策 地域ブランド urban development migration policy local brand 本稿は、長野県小布施町と松本市で、まちづくりや移住政策についてヒアリング調査を行なったものの報告書である。調査の目的は、他県の先駆的な移住政策やまちづくりから、沖縄県にとって有用な要素を学ぶことである。この調査から、両自治体とも住民や移住者のための政策や支援に力を入れており、そうした人々の生活の質の向上を目指すことが、結果として魅力あるまち(および地域のブランドとしての価値)を作り出しているということがわかった。 This paper is a report on interviews with staff at Obuse town hall and Matsumoto city hall in Nagano prefecture about their urban development and migration policies. The aim of the investigation is to seek valuable insights for Okinawa's policy from the example of this leading prefecture. We found that both towns strive hard for both residents and migrants in their policies and support programs.
