| 内容記述 | 操作手引書などにマルチメディア情報を適用する事例がふえているが、必ずしも分かりやすくなっているとはいえない。平成8年度および平成10年度にマルチメディア情報の分かりやすさについての実験を行った。その結果、機械の操作手順などの解説の場合、映像、文字などのような情報の表現形態もわかりやすさに影響するが、その他、ユーザーの持つ先入観、ヘルプの役割なども重要な要素となることが分かった。したがって本論文では、マルチメディア情報の分かりやすさを構成する要素について、実験結果の分析をもとに、認知科学的な視点を含めて検討した。また最後にここでとりあげた要素を関連づけた体系図を構築した。今後、経営情報、会計情報など、他の分野の情報の分かりやすさについて検討する際の、枠組み案の一つとしたい。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Multimedia information is often used in publications such as operating manuals with the hope that it will contribute to the overall comprehensibility of information. However, such attempts are not always successful. The elements that make up comprehensibility of multimedia information need to be investigated. In this study, the comprehensibility of multimedia information is discussed based on an analysis of the results of experiments, and from the standpoint of cognitive science. The model of the overall structure relating elements discussed is developed. This model could become one of the tentative frameworks to be used in future studies of the comprehensibility of information in other fields such as management and accounting information. | |||||
