| 内容記述 | インターンシップは現在、高等教育において関心がもたれている科目である。これからの大学教育では理論と同時に実践的能力を修得する教育が求められる。名桜大学経営情報学科では、開学以来インターンシップを重要な科目として位置づけ実施してきた。過去4年間のインターンシップ導入の経験において、インターンシップを効果的に推進するカリキュラムや方法論が研究され、実施されてきた。本論文においては名桜大学のインターンシップについて、その日的、カリキュラム、教育方法と手順、効果、今後の問題・課題について考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | An internship program is one of the most important concerns for an university. The vision of Meio University is to educate students in theories and practical skills. Since Meio University has been opened, an internship program has been offered. Teachers have had experiences with this internship program in the last four years, and have mastered various skills to promote the internship program effectively. This paper describes the curriculum, method of promotion, effectiveness, and problems of the Meio University internship program. | |||||
