However, no articles on Japanese commercial law relevant to the executive officer system exist at present. Accordingly, this paper studies legal problems in the areas of Commercial Law, Labor Law and Tax Law, compares the Japanese system with that used in the United States of America, and proposes a system more appropriate to Japan.
