This study also examines the effects of a personal role model on the development of a goal for their path in life after graduation. The results are as follows: out of those who were decided on the goal. 43.8% obtained an unofficial promise of employment. On the other hand. out of those who were dispersed or undecided on the goal, only 10.7% or 5.9% obtained such a promise, respectively, leaving 89.3% or 94.1% without prospect of employment fewer than two months before graduation.
