| 内容記述 | 本研究は月経痛を有する女性10名を対象に、下腹部へのカイロ貼付による効果と自律神経活動の変化を検討することを目的とした。その結果、カイロ貼付により主観的指標では、月経痛の緩和が示唆された。さらに生理的指標では、カイロ貼付により測定部位の皮膚温が上昇し、骨盤内腔や下肢への血行が良好になった。特に足母指部の皮膚温の上昇および心拍数の減少から副交感神経が優位な状態であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to use 10 female subjects with menstrual pain to study the effect of applying warm packs to the lower abdomen and the changes in automatic nerve activity. The results indicated using a subjective index that applying warm packs alleviated menstrual pain. Further, using a physiological index showed that applying warm packs raised the skin temperature of the measured area and promoted good blood circulation in the pelvic cavity and lower legs. In particular, this research indicated that raising the skin temperature of the toes and reducing the heart rate has a significant makes the parasympathetic never dominant. rate has a significant makes the parasympathetic nerve dominant. | |||||
