| 内容記述 | ｢食育｣に取り組むにあたって本研究で着目したのは、食生活と生活のリズムを整えることの重要性についてである。本研究では、北部地域の児童・生徒に出前講義の｢食育劇｣を試み、その実践を通し｢食育｣がいかに大切なものであるかを論じた。大学生の食育推進のための出前講義は、児童・生徒が自己の食生活を振り返り、食生活を整えるための行動変容への動機付けになり、効果的な影響を与えることが明かとなった。また、｢食育劇｣を実践することで、大学生白身の健康行動変容が得られることや、児童・生徒の感性も育まれることがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This research focused on the importance of modifying the individual's eating habits and living rhythms. The information necessary for this study was gathered by presenting "A Dietary Education Drama" to children and pupils in the Northern region of Okinawa. The Dietary Education conducted by Meio University students had a tremendous effective influences on the children and the students as well. The drama gave both children and students opportunities and motives to review their own daily dietary habits. Furthermore, the researcher found that Meio students changed their own dietary behaviors positively by playing "A Dietary Education Drama", and the drama positively assisted the development of children's and students' sensibility. | |||||
