| 内容記述 | チーム基盤型学習(Team-Based Learning, TBL)とはMichaelsenによって確立され、学習者の「責任制」と「判断力」を基本に、学習者が能動的に参加できる学習方法である。米国では医学、看護学、運動学など多くの医療専門職の教育プログラムに導入され、この学習方法については学生だけでなく、学務管理者や教員へのメリットも報告されている。このたび著者らは精神看護学の講義にTBLを導入し、さまざまなメリットを実感した。スクラッチシートを使った教授法は斬新であり、学生が授業に引き込まれる様子や、TBLに対する学生の高い授業評価は驚くものであった。わが国においてもTBLの導入が始まっているが、その報告は非常に限られているため、このたびの取り組みはTBLの今後に寄与するものと考える。今回の取り組みから、TBLは学生の学習意欲や主体性を育成する上で効果的な方法であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Team-based learning(TBL) was established by Larry K. Michaelsen and promotes students' active learning. In the USA this method has been introduced into the educational program of many medical professions, such as medicine, the science of nursing, and kinematics. Its merits have been reported not only for students but also for school-affairs administrators and teachers. We recently introduced TBL into the mental health and psychiatric nursing lecture, and realized various merits. From this, it was suggested that the TBL method could also be meaningfully applied to training to minimum standards for graduation to future basic nursing education, and to measuring nursing teacher levels. Although the introduction of TBL has started in our country, there is almost no report of it in science-of-nursmg education yet. This report adds to the literature, together with an outline of TBL. | |||||
