As for the result of the study by 32 students, four students were in bed before 12 am (midnight), and 24 students were after 1 am, and the latest bedtime was at 3 am. Even though more students were tend to go to bed later, all of them had 7.0 hours sleep. The study for the dietary habits found that there were 14 students with three-meals kept a good nutrition balance yet their energy intake was low in general and their necessary nutrients were also lacking. To determine the assessment of their nutrient conditions on the Health Examination, the result showed that there were six; five were male, students who were with over 150 mg/dl of triglyceride, and the highest number was 402 mg/dl.
