| 内容記述 | 精神看護実習では実習指導者が,看護学生が先入観を脱して患者との関係を形成し,治療共同体で主体的に実践できる学習支援をしていることが明らかにされている(平上ら 2011)。今回は,実習指導者以外のスタッフナースの学習支援を明らかにすることを目的にインタビューを行った1事例の分析結果を報告する。 看護実習を受け入れている精神科病棟に勤務する看護師を参加者として,実習生や実習指導への思いや考えを中心に半構造化面接で語ってもらい,質的帰納的に分析をした。その結果,スタッフナースの学習支援は61サブカテゴリー, 25カテゴリーから, 10大カテゴリーが抽出された。大カテゴリーは、 【精神科看護実践に必要なもの】 ・ 【実習指導者からスタッフナースへのはたらきかけ】 ・ 【実習生の立場や思いに対する理解】 ・ 【実習生が病棟に入るメリット】 ・ 【学習支援環境としての治療共同体】 ・ 【実習生や実習指導に対する自分の思いや考え】 ・ 【直接指導と支援者役割意識】 ・ 【アクシデントのあった実習生への配慮と対応】 ・ 【学習支援者としてのスタッフナース活用の要望】 ・ 【学生の成長を実感するよろこび】であった。スタッフナースは看護学生が病棟に入るメリットを実感しつつ治療共同体を活かした学習支援をし,学生の成長を喜び,もっと支援したいと思い,実習の学習支援に役割意識を持ちながら関わっていることが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The Psychiatric Nursing Practicum has revealed that the training leaders are offering study support to nursing students through which students established a relationship with patients and practiced their nursing skills in the medical treatment community on their own initiatives by getting rid of their prejudices (Hirakami, 2011). I conducted interviews in order to elucidate the staff nurses' study support in addition to training leaders. I report the analysis of the result as one example of the study support in this paper. I conducted semi-structured interviews with the nurses who worked at the psychiatric ward where the nursing practicum students were accepted. I asked about their feelings and thoughts about the trainees and the study support, and analyzed the data qualitatively and inductively. As a result, 10 major categories of staff nurses' study support were extracted from 61 subcategories and 25 categories. The result showed that the staff nurses were offering study support while realizing the merit of the nursing practicum students being in the ward, making use of the medical treatment community, appreciating the students' growth, hoping to be able to give support, and being aware of their roles in the nursing practicum. | |||||
