| 内容記述 | 小児看護実習は,一般病院の小児病棟と障害児施設を利用している。学生は,小児病棟または障害児施設のどちらか1週間の実習を経験する。本研究の目的は,小児看護実習を通して学生が,どのような学びを経験しているのかを明らかにし,実習施設による学びの特徴から実習目標の達成状況を検討することである。実習終了後に作成した学びのカードメソッドによる図解を分析対象とした。カードメソッドの最終表札を一覧表にし,最終表札の中から学びのキーワードを抽出し,カテゴライズした。カテゴリーを比較分析し,実習施設による学びの特徴を実習目標から考察した。その結果,学びのキーワードは,小児病棟14,障害児施設9で, 9カテゴリーが抽出された。 [発達段階や病態の理解], [観察とアセスメント],[ケアの実践], [信頼関係], [家族], [遊び]の6カテゴリーは,共通の学びのカテゴリーであり,障害児施設での学びはこの中に含まれていた。 [子どもの安全], [情報共有], [小児看護の展開の速さ]の3カテゴリーは,小児病棟で実習した学生のみの学びであった。学生たちの学びは共通するものが多かった。これは,施設による受け持ち患児の特徴に違いがあっても実習目標である「小児の成長発達の理解」と「小児および家族に必要な援助の実践」は,十分に学べることを示唆するものであった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The pediatric nursing practicum utilizes the pediatric ward in a general hospital and an institution for disabled children. The students practice at either of those facilities for a week. The objective of this study is to elucidate the students' learning experiences and examine the level of progress toward the goals of the practicum while considering the characteristics of their learning experiences at the practicing institutions. Thus, we created an illustration of the students' learning using a "card method," analyzed it, and extracted 13 learning keywords from the training at the pediatric ward, and 9 from the institution for disabled children. From a total of 21 keywords, we drew 9 categories. Six categories out of those 9 are as follows: [understanding of the developmental stage and the pathological condition], [observation and assessment], [practice of caring], [trustful relationships], [family], and [playing]. Those were common in the training at both facilities. However, the other 3 categories, [children's safety], [information sharing], and [quickness of practicing the pediatric nursing], were found only in the pediatric ward training. The goals set for the practicum are to understand the children's developmental stage and to support the children and their family members as needed. The results show that many categories are common in the students' learning experiences and that the students can achieve the goals set for the practicum in spite of the differences in the characteristics of the children they cared for and the facilities they practiced at. | |||||
