 note = {本稿は，今後，総合研究所が北部自治体との関わり方を自治体の発刊する報告書等の内容(目次)から検討する為に行った。方法としては，テキストマイニングにより目次よりキーワード(形態素)を抽出し，その出現回数を関心事の指標として捉えた。全体として関心の高い項目(出現回数が多い)は，「振興」関連，「福祉」関連，「地域」関連であった。市町村別及び年度別においても，上記傾向は見られたが，市町村及び年度によって特徴的なキーワードが検出できた。恩納村においては，「がんじゅう」(健康の意)の出現回数が多く，名謹市と大宜味村では，「新エネルギー」関連が多く，東村では「振興」関連が多かった。年度別では，平成23年度においては「景観」が多く，平成22年度と平成20年度では「新エネルギー」が多く，平成19年度以前では「振興」関連が多くなっていた。, This article considers how the Meio Research Institute is involved in the northern municipalities by the analysis of reports published in the municipalities. Text mining analysis of the contents of the reports extracts the keywords (morpheme) of which occurrences are used as indications of concerns of the municipalities. In a whole, “promotion”, “welfare”, and “region” related keywords in high occurrence (=high concern). The analysis by the municipality and by the year, although the overall trend is the same as above, features were observed: At Onna Village, “ganjyu” (mean: health) was high occurrence, while in Nago City and Ogimi Village, “new energy” was high occurrence, and Higashi Village, “promotion” was especially high. At the 2011 FY, “landscape” had high occurrence, the 2010 FY and the 2008 FY showed high occurrence of "new energy" and before the 2007 FY, “promotion” showed high occurrence., application/pdf},
