Text mining analysis of the contents of the reports extracts the keywords (morpheme) of which occurrences are used as indications of concerns of the municipalities. In a whole, “promotion”, “welfare”, and “region” related keywords in high occurrence (=high concern). The analysis by the municipality and by the year, although the overall trend is the same as above, features were observed: At Onna Village, “ganjyu” (mean: health) was high occurrence, while in Nago City and Ogimi Village, “new energy” was high occurrence, and Higashi Village, “promotion” was especially high.
