{"created":"2023-05-15T10:11:43.485327+00:00","id":1311,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"060c3ec1-b950-47bd-a5ff-96599c245d59"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"1311","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1311"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:meio-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001311","sets":["62:80"]},"author_link":["2865","2864","2866"],"item_8_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他（別言語等）のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Changes in the Self-Education Ability of Nursing College Graduates : At the Time of Graduation, Six Months after Graduation, and One Year after Graduation"}]},"item_8_biblio_info_22":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"20","bibliographicPageEnd":"44","bibliographicPageStart":"37","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_8_description_8":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"＜研究の背景＞医療の高度化，複雑化等の問題により，看護職は状況に応じて自ら判断し行動する力である看護実践能力を身につけることが求められている。そのためには，生涯学び続ける力である「自己教育力」を身につけることが重要であると考える。＜目的＞看護学生の卒業後の自己教育力の変化を明らかにすることで，看護基礎教育における自己教育力育成に関する示唆を得ることを目的とする。＜方法＞看護大学卒業時，卒業後６ケ月，卒業後１年に調査票を個別に郵送し回収した。調査票は自己教育力測定尺度40項目と自尊感情尺度10項目の邦訳版を使用した。分析は，自己教育力の総得点，下位尺度の合計得点，自尊感情の合計得点を求め調査時期で比較した。＜結果＞有効回答は卒業時61名（平均年齢22.9±4.4歳），卒業後６ケ月29名（平均年齢25.1±6.7歳），卒業後１年31名（平均年齢25.1±6.5歳）であった。自己教育の下位尺度の調査時期比較では有意な差は認められなかった。平均合計得点は「成長・発展への志向」が最も高く，一方で，「自信・プライド・安定性」が最も低いことが明らかになった。また，自尊感情と「学習の技能の基盤」および「自信・プライド・安定性」で正の相関関係が認められた。＜考察＞自己教育力のいずれの下位尺度は卒業時と比較して変化はなく維持されていることが明らかになった。しかし，成長・発展への志向は得点が高く，自信・プライドの得点が低いことが明らかになった。卒業時に自尊感情を高めるような看護基礎教育方法の検討・支援の必要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Background Nursing college graduates are required to attain practical power that they conduct themselves using their own judgment because of the highly-developed and complicated nature of medicine. Therefore, acquiring a self-education ability is necessary for continuing education. Purpose This research aimed to acquire suggestions for developing a self-education ability in fundamental nursing education by clarifying changes in the self-education abilities of nursing college graduates. Survey forms were sent to nursing college graduates at the time of graduation, six months after graduation, and one year after graduation. Forty items were translated into Japanese for a self-education measurement scale and 10 self-esteem questions were used for the survey. The total score of self-education ability, subscale, and feelings of self-esteem were compared among the investigated periods. Discussion It was clarified that although novice nurses were maintaining consciousness for growth and development, their confidence and pride declined and fluctuated.
