 note = {目的:医療機器を使用しながら在宅で生活する子どもと家族の台風災害時等の電源確保の方法と今後の課題を明らかにする。方法:医療機器を使用しながら在宅で生活する子どもの母親1名を対象に半構成的面接法による聞き取り調査を行った。調査内容は，台風災害等の備えおよび電源確保についてである。分析は，質的統合法(KJ法)を用いて行った。倫理的配慮:研究の主旨，任意性，匿名性，個人情報の保護，参加の有無による不利益がないこと，研究同意の撤回について，研究協力依頼書と口頭で説明し，研究同意を得た。結果:【避難時の不安】として医療機器を使用する子どもの存在を挙げ，【電源確保の備え】として日頃から使用機器の充電と使用電力の確認を行っていた。【災害への備え】として高台へ転居し，消防・看護師・医療機器メーカーとの連携をとっていた。一方で【電源確保への不安】として強風下での車のバッテリーチャージの困撲さや【貸し出しバッテリーへの不安】として時々感じる異常音やバッテリーの持ち時間の明確化を挙げ，定期的なバッテリー点検を希望していた。それ故に【避難の安心感】として電源が確保されている避難場所の存在を希望していた。考察:母親の災害対応への意識は高く，日頃から電源確保に努力していた。しかし，貸し出しバッテリーの安全点検について検討する必要がある。また，電源を確保しながらの避難方法や避難場所での電源確保が課題となる。, Purpose: To clarify methods and future issues for maintaining power during a typhoon for a child using medical equipment. Method: I conducted a semi-structured interview with one mother who has a child at home who uses medical equipment. The content of the research concerns typhoon disaster preparedness securing power resources. Analysis was made using a qualitative integration method (KJ Method). Ethical considerations: I explained the purpose of the research orally and with a written request for cooperation with the research. I explained volunteer nature of the cooperation, anonymity, privacy protection, and withdrawal of the agreement for the request. I described that there would be no disadvantages whether cooperation was given or not. Thus, I obtained her consent. Result: As for 【uneasiness while moving to shelter】, the mother mentioned the situation that she has a child who is using medical equipment, and she was always charging her child's medical equipment and confirming power consumption as 【preparedness for securing power supply】. As for 【disaster preparedness] , she moved to the elevated ground and was cooperating with a fire station, nurses, and medical equipment manufacturers. As for 【uneasiness about securing power supply】, she mentioned difficulties in charging car batteries under strong wind, and as for 【uneasiness about rental batteries】, she mentioned occasionally hearing unusual sounds and feeling uncertain about the life of the battery. She also asked for regular battery checks. Therefore, as for 【easiness while moving to shelter】, she was hoping to find a shelter where power supply was secured. Consideration: The mother's consciousness regarding disaster preparedness was high, and she was always trying to secure a power supply. However, it is necessary to consider the safety check of rental batteries.
