 note = {本研究の目的は,看護学科の教育理念である「参画型看護教育」成果と課題に関する基礎資料を得ることである。今回は，看護学科卒業生の就職先50施設の病棟管理者を対象に，卒業生の強みと看護実践における課題について，独自に作成した質問紙を用いて，無記名自己記入式質問紙調査を行った。その結果，看護実践能力に関連する看護学科卒業生の強みと課題に関する要素を抽出し，参画型看護教育の評価に関する有益な資料が得られたので報告する。, The purpose of this study is to find basic data regarding the outcomes and issues of the "SANKAKU Nursing Education" which is the educational principle of the Nursing Department. We conducted a questionnaire survey for the ward administrators of thirty facilities where Meio University Nursing Department graduates (the inaugural and second generation classes) are employed. The survey adopted an anonymous self-entry style using a uniquely created questionnaire and asked about the strength of the graduates and the issues in their nursing practices. We extracted factors concerning the strengths of the graduates and the issues in their nursing practices related to nursing practice abilities and obtained meaningful materials regarding assessment of the "SANKAKU Nursing Education.", application/pdf},
