We conducted a questionnaire survey for the ward administrators of thirty facilities where Meio University Nursing Department graduates (the inaugural and second generation classes) are employed. The survey adopted an anonymous self-entry style using a uniquely created questionnaire and asked about the strength of the graduates and the issues in their nursing practices.
