USA"}]},"item_8_biblio_info_22":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"20","bibliographicPageEnd":"101","bibliographicPageStart":"95","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_8_description_8":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"特別支援教育が2007年にスター卜し，障害の有無によって分け隔てることなく，すべての子どもが共に学び合うインクルーシブ教育の基本方針が示された。とはいえ，小・中学校の通常学級において，障害児の特別な教育ニーズに必要な合理的配慮や発達の保障がどのように実現されるのか，十分に明らかにされているわけではない。本稿は，筆者が2014年9月に，アメリカのメリーランド州モンゴメリー郡の公立学校の自閉症児クラス，読み書きに困難のある児童生徒のための私立学校，学習や認知などの面に困難を抱えるクライヱントの評価を行う教育コンサルタントのオフィスを訪問した際の調査報告である。訪問の目的は，モンゴメリー郡の障害児教育の現状と課題を知り，日本の障害児教育との比較において理解することであった。調査結果から，日本の障害児教育に関連して，4つの課題が示唆された。第１に，インクルージョン(Inclusion)の考え方に基づいて，障害児教育をどのように制度設計していくべきかである。第２に，インクルーシブ教育の考え方を具体的に実現していく前提として，個々の障害特性に合わせて教育プログラムをどのように開発していくべきかである。第３に，障害児クラスの授業展開において，日本内外の実践の効果，限界，改善点からどのように学び合うことができるかである。第４に，障害児教育に関わる支援者の専門性の確保と支援間の協力体制をどのように実現するかである。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_9":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_publisher_10":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_rights_12":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_source_id_6":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-4412","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_8_text_11":{"attribute_name":"公開者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Meio
