Literature"}]},"item_8_biblio_info_22":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"20","bibliographicPageEnd":"109","bibliographicPageStart":"103","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_8_description_8":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，国内におけるマッサージなど対象者に直接触れるケアを実施した看護学生の学びについて文献検討を行い，精神科看護における看護技術教育を検討する。文献検索方法は，医学中央雑誌Web版Ver.5を用いた。2014年10月までに発表された文献から「マッサージ」・「教育」をキーワードとし，原著論文・会議録を除く看護文献・内容が確認できるよう抄録がある文献に絞り，51件の文献が検索された。51件の抄録を精読し，そのうち抄録の内容から，マッサージの実施者が看護学生以外である文献は除外し，看護学生を対象にマッサージなど触れるケアについて検討している文献に限定し，7件の文献を研究対象とした。その結巣，マッサージの演習を受けた学生は，「特別な技術がなくても気持ちがよいマッサージができる」「今までマッサージがここまで効果があると思わなかった」など，マッサージを実際に実施することでケアに対する自信を感じ，ケアを実施する動機づけになっていた。そして，実習の場面では，患者との距離が近く親しみを感じ，コミュニケーションの機会となっていた。今回の文献検討では，マッサージのケアを実際に学生自身が演習で体験し，演習で習得したケアを臨地実習で活用することで，学生は様々な体験を通し成長の機会に繋がっていた。近年の学生の特徴から，今後はケアリング力が高い学生を育てるためにも，看護ケアとして非言語的コミュニケーションの方法の一つとしてマッサージなどの触れるケアを看護教育の中に導入する意義は大きいと考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_9":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_publisher_10":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_rights_12":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_source_id_6":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-4412","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_8_text_11":{"attribute_name":"公開者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Meio
