This paper attempts to examine the impact of ANA’s distribution network on the East and Southeast Asian trade. Additionally, this paper will present a detailed analysis of the geographical advantages of Naha Airport as the center of a regional distribution network. This paper demonstrated the positive results of ANA’s introduction of the hub and spoke distribution system in the Naha Airport. It showed that Okinawa’s geographical advantages will accelerate the speed with which East and Southeast Asian countries can connect to each other for trade. Furthermore, the faster delivery flow by ANA has contributed to an expanded regional market especially for the exportation of Japanese system at the Naha Airport has proven how vital Okinawa’s centralized location is to the cargo distribution systems of the East and Southeast Asia regions.
