 note = {筆者らは， 伊平屋村と協働して「健康いへや２ １」計画を策定し，ICT（Information and Communication Technology；以下ICT）技術を活用した遠隔支援システムを補完的に活用しながら，健康課題解決へ向けたヘルスプロモーション活動を住民と共に実践した。本研究は，筆者らの関連研究の成果と「健康いへや２１」計画に関連する各種報告書および各専門部会活動記録を基礎資料として，住民と協働で展開した実践活動のプロセスと結果を振り返り，住民と行政および大学教員との協働のあり方と組織的ヘルスプロモーション活動の効果について考えることを目的とする。実践結果は，①こどものむし歯予防に関する住民の意識が高まりによって，歯磨き指導をうける親子の増加および幼児期のむし歯保有率が県平均より減少した。②青・壮年期の生活実態調査を行い10年前の同調査と比較した結果，生活習慣が悪化していることが分かった。③高齢者の生活実態調査を行った結果，主観的健康観が高く，自立している高齢者が多いことが分かった。④医療費分析の結果，医療費上昇の要因は，時間外受診と重複受診であることが明らかになり，住民を対象に「上手な医者のかかり方」等の健康教育を実施した結果，時間外受診者および重複受診者の減少等，受診行動が変化した。「健康いへや２１」計画に掲げる目標を目ざして，各専門部会を中心に取り組んだ実践活動によって，住民の意識と行動に変化が起こりつつある。また，健康づくり推進協議会および各専門部会の委員は，ヘルスプロモーションの実践者として，会議や委員会等への自主的な出席と主体的発言が増えた。また，住民と行動を共にしながら，住民の実践力を高める地域の計画推進リーダーとしての役割を果たした。大学教員は4つの専門部会委員として，住民の目線で行政職と協働しながら，健康増進計画の立案・実施・評価のプロセスを支援した。, Purpose: The purpose of the study is to assess the research process and result of the community based health promotion activity at the Iheya village to use remote support system. Method: To implement「Healthy Iheya 21」activities using action research method. Result: Mainly examples of activities as follows;1.Child sectional committees at Iheya village provided a cavity-fighting opportunity which made reduce rate of caries. 2. Adult sectional committees at Iheya illage clarified the task to control lifestyle disease. 3. Elderly committees at Iheya village showed the result that many elderly people who live in Iheya village have perceived highly health and independence. 4. Medical committees at Iheya village clarified the reason why the increase medical cost is problematic situation. The practical education which focuses on "How to use effective medical care" have slightly changed people’s help-seeking behavior. Discussion: Practical activities have changed people's health awareness and behavior. Each member of the expert committee as practitioners carried out important tasks independently as a leader on the committee and improved power of the community., application/pdf},
