A semi-structured interview was conducted with five students from whom consent was obtained, in the third year of the School of Nursing at University A, who had completed clinical training and given massages to psychiatric patients more than twice. The data collected from this survey were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. As a result, 768 codes were extracted from the data on the experience of conducting massages in psychiatric nursing training, which were obtained from the five nursing students, and these codes were summarized in accordance to their similarities.
