prevention"}]},"item_8_biblio_info_22":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"23","bibliographicPageEnd":"107","bibliographicPageStart":"103","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_8_description_8":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"病床環境整備は患者の安全・安楽だけでなく心地よさやコミュニケーションのきっかけとなるなど重要な看護ケアの一つである。しかし、感染予防の認識が低い状況での病床環境整備は感染を拡大させる要因になることが報告されており、学生実習においても、易感染リスクの患者と接触することは少なくないことから、適切な環境整備がなされなければ、感染拡大リスクを伴うことが想定される。そこで、本研究は臨地実習における学生の病床環境整備の実施の中でも、特に感染予防に焦点を当て、病床環境整備の実施の現状を明らかにすることで、病床環境整備の学生への教育の示唆を得ることを目的とする。A大学の臨地実習後の看護学生を対象に、感染予防の基礎知識と病床環境整備実施に関する無記名による自記式アンケート調査を実施した。64名に配布し61名（回収率95.3％）から回答が得られた。感染予防の基礎的な知識においては，標準予防策の定義についての正答率は93.4％、感染経路の遮断は感染防止であるとの正答率は98.4％と高かったが、最も頻度の高い伝播方式が接触感染であるとの正答率は14.8％と低く、接触感染に関する知識が乏しかった。次に、病床環境整備を毎日実施した者は85.2％であり、実施した場所については、ベッド周辺の高頻度接触箇所のテーブルやベッド柵は90％以上と高かったが、スイッチやリモコンは30％前後であった。また、低頻度接触箇所であるカーテン汚染の確認７％、中央配管周辺は31％と低い傾向であった。病床環境整備において、手指衛生は、環境整備を実施する前後は90％以上であったのに対し、中断した時は59％であった。また、個人防護具の使用は、サージカルマスクと手袋が92％以上で、プラスチックエプロンは34％であった。本調査の結果から、臨地実習における学生の病床環境整備の質を向上させるためには、接触感染や病床環境整備を実施する範囲を理解し、病床環境整備を行う上で、マスクや手袋だけでなく、エプロンも使用するなどの感染予防策を遂行することを臨地実習前に振り返り、指導することの重要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_9":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_publisher_10":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_rights_12":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_source_id_6":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-4412","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_8_text_11":{"attribute_name":"公開者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Meio
