care mapping：DCM）を実施しフィードバックすることで、ケアスタッフに与える影響とDCMを用いた認知症ケアの方向性を考察することを目的とする。研究方法：回復期リハビリテーション病棟にてDCMを実施後、グループディスカッションで得られた内容を逐語録に起こして質的統合法（KJ法）で分析した。結果：４段階のグループ編成を経て、元ラベルは38枚、最終表札は5枚であった。考察：DCMのフィードバックに参加したスタッフは，患者への【関わりが少ない理由】として、《訴えが少ない患者である事と業務多忙》をあげていた。しかし、そのような業務多忙の中、患者の【身体と生活リズムの調整】を図る為に、《薬剤に頼らない患者中心の看護》を実践していた。【患者の個性に合わせた関わり】を行うことで、《良い関わりによって得られる認知症高齢者の良好な反応》がみられ、《薬剤に頼らない患者中心の看護》を良い関わりとして実感していた。本研究では、回復期病棟にて生活リズムの調整と活動と休息のバランスをとりながら、楽しみや気分転換のための関わりを多く持ち、寝かせきり予防に取り組む必要性が示唆され、DCMを行うことでスタッフはケアを可視化し、気づきを得ることができ、課題の明確化を主体的に行うことができた。今後もDCMの発展的評価を繰り返すことで、さらにスタッフの教育・研修への効果が期待されると言える。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_description_9":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_8_publisher_10":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_rights_12":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"名桜大学"}]},"item_8_source_id_6":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-4412","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_8_text_11":{"attribute_name":"公開者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Meio
