| 内容記述 | 目的：沖縄県北部12市町村の自治会長のソーシャル・キャピタル（以下SCと表記）に関する認識を明らかにし，健康づくりへの示唆を得る。方法：対象に基本属性，自治会長の仕事満足，SCに関する信頼，自分を支えるネットワーク，互酬性，ネットワークと認識できる諸活動と残したい地域文化習慣のアンケート調査を実施した。結果：有効回答は185名中110名（回答率59.5％）で男性が103名（93.6％），女性が７名（6.4％）であった。平均年齢は60.7歳，仕事の満足は63名（56.3％）が満足であった。SCに関する質問（10段階）の中央値は，「一般の人への信頼」は７，「地域の安全認知」は８，「１ヶ月以内の生活の安心」は８であった。「自分を支えるネットワークの有無」を従属変数とし，独立変数を年齢，性別，主観的健康感，ゆいまーるの有無，一般の人への信頼のモデルとした重回帰分析をした結果，「自分を支えるネットワークの有無」と「ゆいまーるの有無」には関連（ｔ＝5.95，P<0.001）があった。SC活動は71名（63.4％）がありと回答し，その諸活動は美化作業，豊年祭であった。結論：「自治会長を支えるネットワーク」と「ゆいまーるの有無」の認識は有意な関連がみられた。自治会長のSCの認識は高く，その活動は豊年祭，美化活動等であった。この活動の維持・継続にはゆいまーるは必要であり，保健師や大学教員は，その認識を持つことでその地域のSCの活動を活かした健康づくりが可能となることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The study aimed to get suggestions for health promotion in 12 northern municipalities of Okinawa prefecture by to clarify the perception of social capital （hereinafter referred to as SC）of the leaders of residents’ association. The questionnaire was composed of items regarding basic characteristics, social capital （including trust, norms, and networks）， network supporting myself, various activities recognizable as network and regional culture habits we would like to retain. In the survey for the presidents of residents’ association, the study received answers from110 participants （rate: 59.5％ males: 103 ［93.6％］， females: 7 ［6.4％］）． The average age was 60.7years, and 63 people （56.3％） satisfied with the work were satisfied. The median of the questions （10 levels） regarding SC was 7, "Trust people in general" was 7,"Regional security perception" was 8, "Safe living within 1 month" was 8.As a result of multiple regression analysis with " Network supporting myself " as a dependent variable and independent variable as a model of age, gender, self-rated health, Yuimaru, trust people in general, "Whether there was Yuimaru t = 5.95, P <0.001" was found to be relevant. Leader of residents’ association is high recognition of SC, the activities of the SC was harvest festival, the beautification activities. Relationship between the self-governing president's network and "Yuimaru" was observed in maintaining and continuing this activity. Public health nurse and university faculty members established a relationship of trust with leader of residents ’association, suggesting the possibility of health promotion making full use of SC activities. | |||||
