The purpose of this study is how the nursing students are understood about adolescent pregnancy.\n　Method: The subjects of the survey are:（1） self-describing questionnaire survey to 421 students enrolled in universities with nursing, technical nursing schools, and associate nursing schools;（2） semi-structured interviews with three nursing students who experienced adolescent pregnancy.\n　Result: Nursing students differed in age and duration of nursing education, many of them were already studying while working as nurses, and many of them had children and families. Many students answered that they should “prevent” adolescent pregnancy and most students were negative about artificial abortion. The interview survey showed that the attitudes towards adolescent pregnancy were influenced by culture and customs.\n　Consideration: onsideration: It was shown that nursing students were conscious of issues with adolescent pregnancy and were willing to solve these issues.
