| 内容記述 | 敷田他（2012）が指摘する，地域内外のアクターをつなぐ中間システムとしての地域プラットフォームの重要性をもとに，門間（2001）によるTN法の一環であるDEMATEL法，とくに村上（2003）の分析手法にしたがって大宜味村における観光振興に関わるアクター間の関係や構造を明らかにした．大宜味村の各観光関連組織へ観光の課題に関する意識調査を行い，問題発生の構造やそれぞれの組織や関係者がより重視する課題の解明を通して合意が得られた一つの方向性を示し，より効果的な施策や政策を考察することで，大宜味村における望ましい観光振興のあり方の提言を試みた． 調査の結果，大宜味村の観光推進を担う組織において，大宜味村の観光振興における課題の中でもとくに村全体の観光推進体制の構築への関心が高く，また，それに村民の愛着と自信や人材育成が大きく影響し合っていることがわかった．村全体の観光推進体制の構築や村民の愛着と自信の醸成の課題はDEMATEL分析で最も高い中心度を示しており，重要度においても今回の課題構造の中で高い値が示された．さらに，自由回答においても，村の観光振興の中心的推進組織によって村民が村の基本計画や地域について理解を深める場を設け，村民が愛着や誇りを改めて持つことを支援することで村民の観光振興への参加を含む村一体となった推進体制を整えることが求められており，それにより観光人材育成の取り組みが必然的に関連アクター間の連携を生み，より一体となった観光推進が期待できることが明らかとなった． |

| 内容記述 | The porpose of this study was to visualize the structure of the attitudes of organizations involved in tourism promotion in Ogimi Village based on the idea of intermediary for community platform which connects actors inside and outside the region as pointed out by Shikida et al. （2012）. This study was conducted mainly by the DEMATEL method, as part of the TN method by Monma （2001） and Murakami （2003） the questionnaire which asks about the main issues in tourism promotion in Ogimi village to the organizations of which the Committee of Tourism Promotion in Ogimi consists. The results indicate that the establishment of a comprehensive tourism promotion system marks the highest point as a critical issue in the structure of the issues of the tourism promotion in Ogimi village and it has strong effect to human resource development and building the civic pride. The findings suggested that to offer the opportunities to the people to learn about the village makes their confidence and attachment as a resident and the tourism promotion more comprehensive and efficient. |
