| 内容記述 | 目的： がん就労者の治療と就労の両立支援について協働者の視点に着目して文献レビューを行い、協働者の支援と困難を明らかにすることを目的とする。 方法： 医学中央雑誌WebとCiNiiを用いて、 「がん」and「就労」and「支援」and「職場or企業」をキーワードに文献検索した。協働者によるがん就労者の両立支援に関する文献に限定し、がん以外の疾患を対象とした文献、就労に関連しない文献、就職活動に関する文献、著者が明記されていない文献を除外し、19件を分析対象とした。文献から抽出された協働者の支援内容および困難について、それぞれ質的帰納的に分析した。 結果： 協働者による両立支援の内容は、【受療や身体的負担軽減を考慮した業務調整】【疾患・治療に関する個人情報の保護】【専門職種との連携】等の８カテゴリーが抽出された。一方、支援の困難は、【業務負担軽減に対する同僚の理解と協力を得る】【体調を考慮した復職や業務の内容・ 量の判断】【専門職種との連携】等の７カテゴリーが抽出された。 結論： 協働者はがん就労者に対し多様な就労支援を行っていたが、業務調整を行ううえで病院の医療従事者との連携を必要としていた。したがって、事業場の協働者と病院の医療従事者が密に情報共有するためのシステム構築が必要であり、看護師はがん就労者のアドボケーターとなり、 事業場の協働者との連携を促進することが重要である。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify the contents and difficulties of support for workers with cancer to maintain a work-treatment balance by coworkers in the workplace through a literature review. Method: A literature search was conducted using the keywords “cancer”, “working”, “support”, and “workplace or company” on databases Ichushi-Web and CiNii. Nineteen literatures were analyzed. The data extracted from literature related to contents and difficulties of support by coworkers were each analyzed qualitatively and inductively. Result: The contents of support by coworkers were divided into eight categories, such as “Operational coordination in consideration of receiving treatment and reducing physical burden”. On the other hand, the difficulties of support were divided into seven categories, such as “Determining the amount and content of work and the return to work in consideration of physical condition”. Conclusion: Coworkers struggled to support worker with cancer due to a lack of cooperation with medical personnel at the hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system to closely share information between coworkers at work and medical personnel at the hospital, and it is important for nurses to become an advocator of workers with cancer and to promote cooperation with coworkers at workplace.
