| 内容記述 | 本研究は、M大学３年次を対象に社会人基礎力に関連するビッグファイブ（外向性、協調性、良識性、情緒安定性、知的好奇心）とグリット（やり抜く力）を測定し、学生の強みや特徴を分析することを目的としている。ビッグファイブおよびグリットに関する質問を５段階のリッカート法で収集し、SPSS Statistics Ver. 25を用いて因子分析（主因子法、プロマックス回転）と重回帰分析（ステップワイズ法）を実施した。ビッグファイブッグファイブの因子がグリットに与える影響ビッグファイブ、特に良識性がグリットに対して強い負の影響を、協調性がわずかな正の影響を与えることが示された。良識性の高い個人は、目標に固執せず柔軟に適応する傾向があり、これが長期的な目標達成において一貫性の欠如として表れる可能性がある。また、協調性が高い人は、他者との関係を通じて努力を続ける動機が強化されることが示唆された。本研究は、性格特性が目標達成のためのやり抜く力にどのように影響するかを明らかにし、学生の就職活動や自己改善に役立つ基準を提供するものである。これにより、教育現場やキャリア支援において、特性に応じた支援の可能性が広がることが期待される。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to analyze the strengths and characteristics of third-year students at Meio University by measuring the Big Five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness,conscientiousness, emotional stability, and intellectual curiosity) and grit (perseverance) related to fundamental skills for working adults. The data were collected using a five-point Likert scale survey on the Big Five and grit, and analyzed using SPSS Statistics Ver. 25 through factor analysis (principal factor method with Promax rotation) and multiple regression analysis (stepwise method). The results revealed the impact of each Big Five factor on grit, particularly showing that conscientiousness had a strong negative effect, while agreeableness had a slight positive effect. Individuals with high conscientiousness tend not to be fixated on goals and adapt flexibly, which may manifest as a lack of consistency in long-term goal achievement. Conversely, those with high agreeableness are suggested to be motivated to persevere through relationships withothers. This study clarifies how personality traits influence the perseverance needed for goal achievement, providing benchmarks useful for students in job hunting and self-improvement. These findings are expected to expand opportunities for tailored support in educational and career guidance contexts. | |||||||||
