| 内容記述 | 本論文は、観光産業の持続的な発展に向けた人材育成のガイドラインを、テキストマイニング分析を用いて客観的に検証し、観光産業における今後の人材育成に関して提言を行うものである。観光産業は、地域経済の活性化や観光地の魅力向上に寄与する一方、季節労働や非正規雇用が多く、長時間労働や低賃金といった課題を抱えている。観光人材の育成は、観光地の競争力強化と地域社会の持続可能な発展に大きく貢献することが期待されており、そのための具体的な取り組みが求められている。 本研究では、観光庁が策定した「ポストコロナ時代における観光人材育成ガイドライン」をテキストマイニング分析によって客観的に検証した。そのうえで、観光産業における人材育成の方向性を具体的に提言するものである。 |

| 内容記述 | This paper objectively evaluates the “Guidelines for Tourism Human Resource Development in the Post-COVID-19 Era” formulated by the Japan Tourism Agency through text mining analysis. The tourism industry, while contributing to regional economic revitalization and enhancing the attractiveness of tourist destinations, faces challenges such as seasonal work, nonregular employment, long working hours, and low wages. The development of tourism human resources is expected to significantly contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of tourist destinations and the sustainable development of local communities. This study proposes directions for human resource development in the tourism industry based on the objective evaluation of the guidelines. | |||||||
