| 内容記述 | 目的： ３年計画で進行中の「今帰仁村の相互扶助の再構造化」の第一段階として、字費からみた助け合いの仕組みについて明らかにする。 方法： 字費の納付世帯数、字費の負担額等や字民の助け合いについて、区長などの世話人的区民を対象とした半構造化面接を行った。データ収集と分析においてはエスノグラフィによる関与と「制度精神療法」の視座から質的記述的分析をした。 結果： 対象者は延べ31名であった。字費からみた助け合いの仕組みについての着眼点は５つあった。 ①字に入ってもらうこと、②字費の負担額を決めること、③字費を徴収すること、④字にかかわろうとしないこと、⑤字に期待していないことである。 結論： 字費からみた助け合いの仕組みを次のように考えることができる。情報を入手するという点で「字が期待されていない」ことから「字にかかわろうとしない」字民は増える可能性がある。そのような状況のなかで転入者には「字に入ってもらう」、字費を払うだけの人には「字にかかわる」意義を説明する必要がある。これらの意義を説明するなかに、「負担額を決める」作業や、「徴収方法」についての話し合いが含まれる。相互扶助の再構造化のためには、人を迎え入れること、字を受け入れること、もらいっぱなしのあげっぱなしのつながりが求められている。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: To clarify the mutual help system in Nakijin village as the first stage of an ongoing three-year plan to ‘restructure the mutual help system in Nakijin village’. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with residents, including section heads（Aza caretakers）, regarding the number of households paying the Aza membership fees, their amount, and mutual help among residents. A qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted using ethnographic involvement from the perspective of ‘institutional psychotherapy’. Results: Thirty-one residents participated in this study. Five viewpoints regarding membership were identified: 1） attracting new Aza members, 2） determining the Aza membership fee, 3）collecting the fee, 4） lack of connection among members despite membership, and 5） lack of expectations regardless of Aza membership. Conclusions: The mutual help system linked to the Aza membership fee faces challenges, as membership is considered ‘not useful’ for obtaining information, leading more residents to avoid Aza activities. To address this, it is essential to encourage new residents to join and explain the value of participation to those paying the fee but not involved. Clarifying ‘how to determine and collect the fee’ is also necessary. Restructuring the system requires welcoming new members, fostering understanding of Aza activities, and building a supportive, expectation-free community. |
