| 内容記述 | 本研究は，学校救急看護学の授業においてピアエデュケーションを活用した実践演習の効果を明確にし，受講生の救急処置能力を向上させる手立てを探ることを目的とする. A大学の学校救急看護学を受講する３年次19名の授業評価シートを用いて，救急処置の自己評価や主体的学習態度尺度をKruskal-Wallis検定で統計解析するとともに，３年次と４年次の記述を用いて分析を行った．結果，疾患を想起する力は演習前半から後半にかけて有意に高値を示し（p <0.001），記録の変化からも救急処置能力の向上を図ることができたと考える．さらに，ピアエデュケーションの効果では，「他の人と違う意見でも自分の意見を言っている」が演習前半から後半にかけて有意に高値を示すなど（p <0.05），主体性の向上もみられた．３年次は受講生同士による学びに加えて，養護実習を終えた４年次から学校での子どもの様子を反映した助言も得られていた．一方，４年次においても３年次の演習に取り組む姿勢から感化されるなど，知識や技術を相互に高め合う手立てとなったことが示唆された．今後は，前段階の授業において疾患などの医療的な知識の充実を図り，実践演習の質をさらに向上させることが必要である． |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the effectiveness of practical exercises using peer education in school emergency nursing classes and to explore ways to improve students’ first aid skills. Using the class evaluation sheets of 19 third-year students who are taking a school emergency nursing science at University A, we conducted a statistical analysis of the self-evaluation of first aid and the independent learning attitude scale using the Kruskal-Wallis test and also conducted analysis using descriptions from the third and fourth year students. The results showed that the ability to recall diseases was significantly higher from the first half to the second half of the exercise (p <0.001),and the changes in the records suggested that first-aid treatment skills improved . In addition, the effect of peer education, “I express my own opinion even if it differs from others” was significantly higher from the first half to the second half of the exercise (p <0.05), indicating an improvement in independence. The third-year students learned from each other, and received advice reflecting the children’s situation in school setting from the fourth-year students who completed the nursing practice. The fourth-year students were also inspired by the attitude of the third-year students toward the exercises, suggesting that the program became a means of mutually enhancing knowledge and skills. In the future, it is necessary to further improve the quality of practical training by enhancing medical knowledge such as diseases in the previous classes. | |||||||||
