| 内容記述 | 目的： 本研究は，沖縄県北部地域における離島中学生を対象に，保健分野の批判的思考とヘルスリテラシー向上を目的とした教育プログラムを実施し，演劇あり群と演劇なし群において学習効果の経時的変化を検討し，今後の教育プログラムの開発において示唆を得ることを目的とする． 方法： 沖縄県北部３離島の中学生を対象とし，教育プログラムの実施前，実施直後，実施１か月後にWebアンケートを用いて調査を行った．批判的思考尺度合計得点と健康リテラシー評価尺度得点の変化について検討した． 結果： すべてのアンケートに回答した中学生113名を分析対象とした（有効回答率57.9％）．批判的思考尺度得点について演劇あり群に有意な主効果が認められた（F=9.09, P<0.001）．実施前と実施直後（P<0.001），実施前と実施１か月後（P<0.01）で得点が増加した．健康リテラシー尺度得点について演劇あり群に有意な主効果が認められた（F=7.94, P<0.001）．実施前と実施直後（P<0.001），実施前と実施１か月後（P<0.01）で得点が増加した．演劇なし群の批判的思考尺度得点，健康リテラシー尺度得点は，測定時期の主効果に有意な差は認められなかった． 考察： 授業と演劇ワークショップの両方を取り入れた教育プログラムに一定の効果が示された．演劇は中学生にとって教育効果を高めるひとつの手法となる可能性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Objective: This study aimed to implement an educational program with the objective of improving critical thinking and literacy in the field of health care among junior high school students on remote islands in the northern region of Okinawa Prefecture, and to examine the change over time in learning outcomes in groups with and without drama workshops, with the aim of obtaining suggestions for the development of future educational programs. M e t h o d: A web questionnaire was used to survey junior high school students on three remote islands in the northern region of Okinawa Prefecture, before, immediately after, and one month after the educational program. Changes in the total score on the critical thinking scale and score on the health literacy assessment scale were examined. R e s u l t s: The analysis included 113 junior high school students who responded to all questionnaires(valid response rate: 57.9%).A significant main effect was observed in the drama workshop group for critical thinking scale scores (F=9.09, P<0.001). Scores increased before and immediately after implementation (P<0.001), and before and one month after implementation (P<0.01). A significant main effect was observed in the drama workshop group for health literacy scale scores (F=7.94, P<0.001). Scores increased before and immediately after implementation(P<0.001), and before and one month after implementation (P<0.01). No significant differences were observed in the main effect of measurement time for the critical thinking scale scores and health literacy scale scores of the group without the drama workshop. Discussion: A certain degree of effectiveness was observed in an educational program that incorporated both classes and drama workshops. It was suggested that drama could be one method of enhancing the effectiveness of education for junior high school students. (594characters) |
