| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は韓国・釜山広域市の観光産業を対象として，新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響による観光産業への支援策と課題を政策的観点から明らかにしたものである．この研究目的を明らかにするため，本研究では，文献調査と調査地での資料収集，釜山の観光産業を支援している側の関係者に聞き取り調査を行った．その結果，釜山広域市観光振興課は他の観光関連の公的機関と協力して様々な支援を行っていることがわかった．具体的には，観光業界への支援金の助成事業，雇用や教育支援，経営難に陥っている企業を支援するための新しいセンターの運営，デジタルマーケティングの推進などが挙げられる．コロナ禍において観光産業の回復のために必要な対策は，政府や地域の観光に関連する行政機関と観光業界が連携して情報を共有することであると同時に，観光産業を支援する側は観光業界の被害状況を正確に把握し，支援策に関する妥当性を検討して支援する必要がある．また，今後の支援策の課題として，一時的な支援ではなく，長期的な観点から地域の観光産業が成長，自立できるような教育の実施や支援政策を実行することが重要である． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges of overcoming the crisis in the tourism industry due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection from a policy perspective, targeting the tourism industry in Busan Metropolitan City, Korea. In order to clarify the purpose of the study, this study conducted a literature review, collected data from the survey site, and conducted interviews with people in charge of the four organizations supporting Busan’s tourism industry. As a result, it was found that the Tourism Promotion Department, Busan Metropolitan City is cooperating with other tourism-related public organizations to provide various support for the tourism industry. Specifically, such support activities include a grant making project targeting the tourism industry, employment and education support, operation of a new center to support companies experiencing financial difficulties, and promotion of digital marketing. As for the measures necessary for the recovery of the tourism industry from the COVID-19 crisis, the government and local tourism-related organizations need to share information in cooperation with the tourism industry, while those who support the tourism industry need to accurately identify the damage to the tourism industry and review the feasibility of support measures to support them. In addition, it is important to implement education and support policies that enable the local tourism industry to grow and become self-reliant from a long-term perspective, rather than temporary support, as a task for future support measures. |
