 note = {沖縄は歴史上､長い間､異民族及び外国の支配下にあった｡1945年から1972年までは米軍政府の支配下にあった｡米軍政府の下で､沖縄県民は大衆運動をしてきた｡この大衆運動は穏健で､暴力的でなかった｡なぜ､沖縄の政治運動は整然としているのか｡そこには沖縄県民が培ってきた政治文化がある｡国際政治の世界では､とかく血を流すほどの戦争､紛争が起こりがちである｡本論文の目的はこのような国際政治の世界における沖縄の政治文化の歴史と価値を明らかにすることである｡, Okinawa has been, for a long period of time in its history, under the control of foreign nations and foreign nationalities. For instance, Okinawa came under the rule of the US military. In this particular circumstance, Okinawans resorted to mass-movements to try to remove US military bases. These movements on Okinawa were peaceful, well organized, well regulated and not radical. Such features are characteristics of political movements on Okinawa, and demonstrate the value of Okinawa's political movements during times of political struggle, war, and international conflicts.
