 note = {地域社会における福祉情報サービスの提供は多様なサービスの種類と内容の中から利用者の希望によって自由に選択できるものでなければならない。福祉サービスに対する苦情をインターネットで受付けたり、在宅介護支援サービスにおける緊急連絡網の整備を行う福祉の情報サービスセンターが必要である。更に利用者からの相談に応じて利用者の希望や心身の状態等にあった適切な在宅又は施設サービスができるように市町村、在宅サービス事業者、介護保険施設との連絡調整を行う機能が当該センターには必要である。この報告書はインターネットを利用した各種情報サービスの提供ができる地域密着型の福祉情報センターの必要性を検討することを目的としている。, Regional welfare information service should be selected from various kinds of services and contents by user's needs. This paper proposes the following items: 1) Claims for welfare services can be accepted via internet. 2) Arrangement of emergency network for home care support services. 3) Various support services requested from users can be accepted through the welfare network information center, which is closely connected with each district. The main purpose of this paper is to construct this information center which provides various kinds of information between users and the welfare section of cities, towns and villages. Also this center answers to user's questions, gives them proper advice depending on each user's mental and physical status, and get in touch with home care service companies or care insurance offices.},
