The aim of the investigation is to seek valuable insights from the example of this leading prefecture for application in Okinawa. We found that Nagano prefecture has initiated a migration policy in response to a growing need, which involves preparing specialist staff known as \"Guides to the Country Life\", and strengthening the personal support network for newcomers.
