@article{oai:meio-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000956, author = {田代, 豊 and 新垣, 裕治 and 増永, 貴史 and 山口, 俊}, issue = {18}, note = {野生動物の有機塩素化合物残留レベルを把握する目的で,沖縄島名護市内および宜野湾市内で採取されたジャワ・マングース(Herpestes javanicus)の肝臓中のPCB,DDT類,HCH類,HCB,クロルデン類を分析した。検出濃度は,PCB>クロルデン類>DDT類>HCH類>HCBとなった。各物質の検出濃度は個体差が大きかったが,雌雄・体重との相関は見られず,生息環境の汚染を反映していることが示唆された。ジャワ・マングースから検出されたクロルデン類の平均濃度(510 ng g^<-1>) は,日本国内のヒトやタヌキ,鳥類で報告された値より低かった。一方,PCB(760 ng g^<-1>)やDDT類(330 ng g^<-1>)の濃度は日本本土のタヌキと同程度であった。, The concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane and its metabolites (DDTs), hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCHs), hexachlorobenzene (HCB), and chlordane compounds (CHLs) in liver of feral mongooses (Herpestes javanicus) collected at Nago City and Ginowan City in Okinawa Island, Japan were measured in order to understand the residue levels of organochlorine compounds in wildlife. Detected concentrations of the chemicals were in the order of PCBs > CHLs > DDTs > HCHs > HCB. The concentration of each compound varied widely depending on the sample, however, no relation was found neither with sex nor body weight. The mean concentration of CHLs (510 ng g^<-1>) in mongoose was lower than those in Japanese humans, raccoon dogs and avian species reported previously.
