The result of the exploratory factor analysis revealed that the scale had 6 sub-scales (understanding others, constructing relationship, self-assertion, self-expression, sympathy, and mutual cooperation). Some indices indicated that the scale fit the data, and its sub-scale and total scale scores were found to be reliable and moderately valid. The results of the t-test showed significant differences between the number of crew members and \"understanding others\", \"self-assertion\", and \"sympathy\" respectively, and between the sailing experience and \"self-assertion\", and also \"mutual cooperation\".
