Particularly the need for improvement or revolution in education has been repeatedly discussed in the past. The new teaching methodology was born out of the approach of \"educational technology\". This new teaching methodology was stimulated by the emergence of new media, but once the new concept was established, it was realized that the old media would still have been capable of bringing the same effect to some practical extent by following the new concept.
