| 内容記述 | 名桜大学人間健康学部スポーツ健康学科で2年生必修科目として実施したインターンシップを評価するために、2010(平成22)年度インターンシップ履修学生113名(うち、2年生93名)および受け入れ施設・企業担当者79名を対象に、アンケート調査を実施した。アンケートの項目は、インターンシップの目標達成度に関する項目、事前学習に関する項目、受け入れ施設・企業と大学との連絡体制に関する項目などである。調査の結果、インターンシップの4つの目標(施設・企業の理念と経営方針の理解、仕事の内容と流れの理解、職場における人間関係やチームワークの大切さの理解、社会人としてのマナーを身につけること)については、学生、施設・企業担当者ともに、若干の認識の違いはあるものの、おおよそ9割以上が達成できたと考えていた。また、学生、施設・企業担当者の95%以上がインターンシップ参加・受け入れに満足していた。事前学習については、学生、施設・企業担当者の約4割が不十分と感じ、特に｢コミュニケーション能力｣の不足を挙げる声が最も多かった。今後の課題として、事前学習や施設・企業と大学との連絡体制の充実が挙げられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of an internship program at the Department of Sports and Health Sciences at Meio University, Okinawa, Japan. The research was conducted by collecting questionnaires from 106 students who participated in internship in the summer of 2010 (most of whom were sophomores as they were required to participate in internship beginning in that year) and 79 corporate personnel who supervised the students. Although slight differences in perceptions existed, approximately 90% of both the students and the corporate personnel felt that the students had mostly achieved internship goals which included understanding of the philosophy and management policy and the working processes of each facility, and the necessity of business etiquette and good working relations. About 40 % of both the students and the corporate personnel felt that the students lacked some preparation, especially in the training of communication skills. The University needs to reevaluate the internship program by incorporating the ideas presented by the students and the corporate personnel. | |||||
