| 内容記述 | This paper aims to clarify the process of formation of the teachers' status system in the Educa tional Reforms of Post-War Japan and is a continuation and the final report, at the same time. of the thesis published previously. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the process and the significance of the formation of the Law for Special Regulation Concerning Educational Personnel which was formed in the period of Post-War Reforms, referring to the formation process of the National Public Service Law which was made for the reformation of bureacracy of Post-War Japan. The contents of this thesis is as follows: 1. The purpose of this thesis. 2. The formation of the National Public Service Law and the conclusions of the Law for Regulations Concerning Educational Personnel. 3. The establishment of the Law for Special Regulation Concerning Educational Personnel. 4. Conclusions. | |||||
