| 内容記述 | 名桜大学人間健康学部スポーツ健康学科で実施したインターンシップの教育的効果を評価するために、2011 (平成23)年度のインターンシップ履修学生および受け入れ施設・企業担当者を対象に、インターンシップ終了後にアンケート調査を実施し、学生98名、受け入れ担当者66名から回答を得た。本研究の目的は、今後のより充実したインターンシップ実施のために、学生および受け入れ施設・企業担当者の事前学習に関する認識の違いに着目して、現存の事前学習の課題および今後のあり方を明らかにすることである。調査の結果、インターンシップの事前学習の授業で扱った全9項目のテーマのなかで、学生の50%以上が「役立った」と回答したのは、「社会人マナー1」「社会人マナー2」「履歴書総論」「目的・目標の明確化」の4項目であった。このように事前学習の授業を役立ったと評価する声がある一方で、学生の45%は事前学習が不十分だったと感じ、その割合は、施設・企業担当者の25%と比べて有意に高かった。また、インターンシップを終えて、インターンシップ前にこの学習もやっておくべきだったと思った内容として、学生は施設・企業担当者に比べて、専門的な知識や技術を挙げる傾向が著しく高かった。今後、両者の認識の違い(ミスマッチ)に着目しながら、学生、受け入れ先、大学のそれぞれの立場と役割に立脚し、よりよい事前学習のあり方について検討する必要がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the internship program in the Department of Sports and Health Sciences at Meio University, Okinawa, Japan, particularly focusing on different views of preparation for internship between the internship students and the corporate personnel. The research was conducted after the internship by collecting questionnaires from 98 students who participated in internship programs during the summer of 2011 and 66 corporate personnel who supervised the students. More than 50% of the students felt that 4 topics out of 9 of the preparatory classes were beneficial, including the topics of "Business Etiquette 1", "Business Etiquette 2", "How to Write a Resume", and "Clarifying Goals and Objectives." 45% of the students felt, though, that they lacked some preparation, especially in professional knowledge and skills, while 75% of the corporate personnel felt that the students had prepared well enough before starting the internship. The preparatory classes need to be improved by focusing on the different views between the students and the corporate personnel, and by clarifying what kind of roles the students, the corporate personnel, and the university should each play in preparation for internship. | |||||
