| 内容記述 | 本研究では，看護現場におけるインシデン卜・アクシデント報告を調査し, 多重課題の業務と月経前期や不定愁訴との関連について，明らかにすることを目的とした。分析対象者はA県内の5総合病院において，インシデント・アクシデント報告した人のうち，その時の業務状況と月経状態を回答した169人である。調査方法は，無記名自記式質問紙調査を郵送法で行った。その結集，インシデント・アクシデン卜報告した中で，多重課題有群は63.5%であった。多重課題の有無別比較で，インシデント・アクシデント報告の内容やその理由とは関連はなかった。また，月経前期においても関連はなかった。しかし，インシデント・アクシデント発生時には，多重課題業務と不定愁訴において関連があることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to survey nursing incident/accident reports to clarify the relationship between multitasking work and the premenstrual phase or unidentified complaints when incidents and accidents occurred. The subjects were people who reported incidents or accidents at 5 general hospitals, and of these, 169 people who reported the working conditions and menstrual state at the time the incident/accident occurred were used as the analysis subjects. The survey method used was to mail anonymous self-reporting questionnaires to the subjects. The results showed that of the reported incidents or accidents, 63.5% of them occurred during multitasking. The ratio between whether or not there was multitasking was unrelated to the type of incident or accident as well as to the reason for the incident or accident. The premenstrual phase was also unrelated. However, the analysis suggested there was a relationship between multitasking work and unidentified complaints pain factors at the time the incident or accident occurred. | |||||
