| 内容記述 | 目的 本研究は，これまで実施してきた北部広域保健師事例検討会によって，保健師の力量形成及び質向上が図られているか等再評価することと，事例検討会の参加率向上と効率化を図る為に，アンケート調査を実施・分析して事例検討会のあり方を検討した。方法 研究方法は，平成23年度～平成26年度迄の北部広域保健師事例検討会実施記録による状況の分析と，平成26年12月に実施した無記名自記式質問紙調査である。調査対象は，北部広域の保健所保健師及び市町村保健師の68人全員である。倫理的配慮について文書で説明し，調査票の回収で同意を得たものとした。研究計画は，名桜大学人間健康学部倫理審査委員会の承認を得た。結果 北部広域保健師事例検討会開催は４年間で12回，参加延人数は130人，調査票配布数は68，回収数は47（69.1％）であった。事例検討会は，具体的な個別支援方法等保健師の先輩からタイムリーに助言が得られ，知識を得ることができる，新任保健師や保健師選択制学生の手本となる等，キャリア発達を促す良い機会であることがわかった。また，事例検討会の必要性については，支援事例の振り返りができ，保健師の経験値が高められ，人材育成の場・他市町村の保健師活動が学べた等が確認された。結論 北部広域保健師事例検討会は，保健師の質向上の場，インフォーマルなネットワークを強化する場である。保健指導技術及び支援方法等習得するＯＪＴとして，事例検討会は有効であり，継続の必要性が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study reassesses the previously implemented case study meetings which planned to improve the skill development and quality of public health nurses(PHNs). In addition in order to attempt to raise the participation level and effectiveness of the meetings, we have carried out and analyzed a self-administered questionnaire survey to examine how to manage the meetings. Method:We reassessed the previously implemented meetings between the years 2011 and 2014, and the survey was conducted in December of 2014. The survey target was 68 PHNs of both public health centers and municipalities. in the Northern Wide Area of Okinawa Prefecture. Results:The meetings were held eleven times in four years, and the cumulative total number of participants (PHNs) was130. The questionnaire was distributed to 68 PHNs and was collected from 47 (69% participation rate). In the meetings concrete individual methods of support from senior PHNs were timely given and knowledge acquisition was possible, and the case studies served to lead as an example to new public health nurses and public health nurse students. It was also understood that it was a good opportunity to encourage career development. to learn concrete activities Public Health Nurse each other. Conclusion:Our research demonstrates that the meetings have been effective as a content of our on-the-job training (OJT) to acquire the public health guidance skills and the methods of support and should be held continuously. | |||||
