| 内容記述 | 本稿は茨城県常総市を事例に，フィルムコミッション事業におけるエキストラ登録者の意識と参加形態を検討した。その結果，エキストラ登録者は主にフィルムコミッションおよび市の事業への関心から参加する者と，映画やテレビドラマに対する興味を動機に参加する者の２つのパターンが存在した。この参加動機の差異は市の事業への貢献意識と関係した。すなわち，前者は参加回数の多少に関係なく貢献意識が高いが，後者は貢献意識が高くない者がみられ，とくに参加回数が少ない参加者はその傾向が強かった。ただし，後者の中には参加回数の増加に伴い貢献意識が生じる者も確認された。また，エキストラ登録者の参加頻度はエキストラの募集に対し５～10回に一度程度参加する者が多く，募集の度に参加する者は少数であった。その背景には登録者自身の就業の問題があり，エキストラの参加を希望しても就業の都合から参加を断念する者が多くみられた。この点が参加頻度の低下を促す要因となっていた。エキストラの参加は住民がフィルムコミッション事業を理解し，協力する重要な契機としての側面をもつが，本稿で対象とした常総市においてもエキストラに参加した多くの住民は事業への貢献意識を有していた。こうした意識は地域住民の協力が不可欠なフィルムコミッション事業の基盤となるものであり，エキストラの参加は住民と事業との関係構築において有用な方法である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigated the participation characteristics for registered film and television extras in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The result showed that there are mainly two types of participants among registered extras. The first is people who participate out of an interest in the work of a film commission. The second type consists of people who are motivated to participate out of an interest in movies or television dramas. The former had a strong contribution mindset regardless of the number of times participating. In the latter type, there were people who showed a low contribution mindset, and that tendency was strong particularly among people who did not participate often. Also, regarding the frequency of participation in registered extras, there were many people who participated about once time in five to ten calls for participation. The number of people who participated every single call was low. The background for this is that there were problems in the jobs of the extras, and there were many people who had to stop participating even after expressing a desire to participate due to the constraints of their jobs. | |||||
