| 内容記述 | 産業観光は，旅行者の趣味や嗜好を反映したオルタナティブ・ツーリズムやサスティナブル・ツーリズムの一形態であり，1990年代半ば以降に注目を集めるようになった。しかしながら，産業観光の歴史が浅いため，工場や工房などの産業観光施設における観光客の受け入れ態勢が未整備のままである。本研究の目的は，沖縄県の琉球泡盛製造業者を対象として，工場見学者の受け入れ態勢に関する諸特徴とその課題を明らかにすることである。筆者は，41軒の琉球泡盛製造業者を対象としたアンケート調査を実施した。工場見学者の受け入れのスタンスに着目すると，琉球泡盛製造業者は，①常時受け入れ型，②予約受け入れ型，③受け入れ制限型，④非受け入れ型に分類できる。また，琉球泡盛製造業者の工場見学に関する課題として，①工場や設備などが観光客の受け入れに適していないこと，②工場見学の受け入れ可能な時間帯や曜日が限定的であること，③外国人観光客の受け入れ態勢が整っていないことがあげられる。外国語のパンフレットや展示パネルを整備することにより，琉球泡盛製造業者において外国人旅行者の受け入れが可能になるだろう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Industrial tourism is a form of “alternative tourism” and “sustainable tourism” that reflects the hobbies and references of tourists, and has attracted attention in Japan since the mid-1990s. However, due to the short history of industrial tourism, reception attitudes for tourists at industrial tourism facilities are not well-developed.The purpose of this research is to clarify current situations and problems of reception attitudes for tourists at Ryukyu-Awamori factories in Okinawa Prefecture. The author conducted a questionnaire survey targeting 41 Ryukyu-Awamori Factories.Focusing attitudes toward tourists, Ryukyu-Awamori factories can be classified as one of the following types: （1） Always accepting, （2） Appointment-oriented, （3） Production activityoriented,（4） Non-accepting. The issues are the following three points: （1） buildings and facilities are not suitable for accepting tourists. （2） opening hours and days when visitors can access the factories are limited.（3） the system for accepting foreign tourists is not in place. Ryukyu-Awamori factories can accept foreign tourists by making foreign language brochures and exhibition panels. | |||||
