| 内容記述 | 本論は，陸上競技における跳躍種目の指導法を論じながら，その一手法としてICT機器の活用を検証するものである。陸上競技の跳躍種目はより高く，より遠くへ跳ぶことを追求し，人間の限界を競う種目である。それだけに指導者は，常にその限界を伸ばすために競技者の良い動きを追求し，合理的な跳躍フォームを求めている。競技者においてはパワーを持っているにもかかわらず，競技結果に結びつかない競技者も多く存在する。今日では良い動きの追求として，客観的に検証されたバイオメカニクスの文献も数多く見受けられるようになった。それらの研究は，スポーツ技術の科学的分析として指導の現場でも活用されている。なかでも指導者や競技者は，記録向上のためさらに合理的な技術習得とその定着を目指している。そ\nのため指導者と競技者は，目標とする良い動きを共通理解しなくてはならない。トレーニング過程においては繰り返し行われる跳躍運動において，デジタルビデオカメラやタブレット端末等の活用が多く見られるようになった。よい動きを求める跳躍技術の科学的解明にとどまらず，よい動きの技術習得の指導法の研究も不可欠と考える。よって本論は，よい動きを求める跳躍技術の合理的な指導法を論じる。 In this thesis, We discussed about the utilization of ICT devices. Based on the teaching method of jumping events in the athletics. jumping event for athletics pursues that I jump "farther" "more highly" and is an item to compete for a human limit. We coaches demand all the more a rational jumpform in pursuit of the good movement of the athletes to always stretch out the limit. There are many athletes who are not tied to a competition result inspite of a athletes having power in a athletes. It was today that there were many biomechanical documents inspected as pursuit of the good movement objectively and was founded. Those studies are utilized asscientific analysis of the sports technology in the spot of the coaching. Therefore, the athlete and the coach must understand the target good move in common. In the course of training, the use of digital video cameras and tablet terminals and so on has been increasingly seen in repetitive jumping exercises. Above all, a coach and the athletes aim at the rational technical acquisition and the fixation for record improvement. I think about the study of the coaching method of the technique acquisition of the good movement with indispensability without remaining in the scientific elucidation of the jump technology for the good movement. Thus, the main subject of this study was to discuss the rational coaching method of the jump technique for the good movement. | |||||
