| 内容記述 | 高齢者を対象とした日常生活援助において，日常倫理に着目することの意義と日常生活援助の様相を明らかにするために，高齢者への日常生活援助を，日常倫理の視点から分析している国内外の文献を対象に文献検討を行った。日常生活援助の倫理的な実践あるいは倫理的問題に関する用語を定義しているものは13件で，そのうち日常倫理を定義しているものは１件のみであった。高齢者の日常生活援助における日常倫理の様相と課題は，１）看護職（者）の仕事の都合よりも高齢者の日常性を重視するという価値観と業務中心の価値観，２）高齢者の能力の信頼を前提とする実践と高齢者の意思と自立が尊重されない実践，３）周囲との協働でケアが進歩，洗練されるという感覚と倫理的問題を共有できない組織文化，４）人材や施設設備の不足，が明らかになった。高齢者の日常生活援助における日常倫理の視点の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purposes of this study were to clarify the significance of focusing on everyday ethics and aspect of daily living assistance for elderly, we reviewed the literature. As a result, there were 13 literatures defining ethical practice for daily living assistance for the elderly or terms related to ethical problems. Of which only one was defining everyday ethics. It was found that the aspect or problems of everyday ethics in daily living assistance for the elderly were as follows: First, while the values that emphasize elderly everyday life rather than the convenience of nurse workers, the value that gives priority to task existed. Second, while there is practice premised on the trust of the elderly’s abilities, the intention and autonomy of the elderly were not respected. Third, while the sense of knowing how to improve elderly care and to refine approach in collaboration with the members. However, on the other hand there was a culture of the organization that can’t discuss ethical issues. Lastly, one problem was identified, that is the lack of people and facilities affecting the elderly’s everyday life. It was suggested that a perspective of everyday ethics in daily living assistance for elderly people is necessary. | |||||
