| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，文献から沖縄県離島・へき地の共同店が果たしてきた機能について明らかにし，共同店の機能を活かした未来の地域包括ケアシステム構築への応用可能性を考察することであった。 “共同店”などをキーワードに文献検索を実施。研究論文はCiNii，医中誌web版等，新聞・雑誌は沖縄タイムス・琉球新報のデータベース，MAGAZIN PLUS，沖縄県の市町村・字区誌，沖縄関連本は沖縄県立図書館データベースから検索した。文献から共同店が果たしてきた機能が記述されている内容を原文として抜き出し，カテゴリー化を図った。地域の中心に存在する共同店は，高齢者や住民同士・多世代間の「互助」を基盤に，小規模を活かした【多様な交流】が図りやすく，【柔軟な資金運用】や【地域資源の循環】の多機能を発揮しやすい環境にあった。また，日常・非日常の暮らしに必要な【生活情報の交換と発信】や【文化継承】の地域密着の機能を備えていた。さらに，【日常生活支援】に加えて，高齢者の生きがいづくりなどの【高齢者の介護予防】にまで広げ，「自助」を活性化させる可能性を秘めている。したがって，離島・へき地においては，共同店が果たしてきた小規模多機能地域密着型と自助・互助を基盤と捉え，これらの機能を活性化させることにより，地域包括ケアシステム構築への応用可能性はあると考える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to clarify functions of community general stores in rural, remote areas in Okinawa according to literatures and examine application- possibilities of establishment of future integrated community care system utilized the functions. We conducted literature retrieval set “community general stores”, etc. as keywords and searched research articles from CiNii, Japana Centra Revue Medicina Web; newspapers and magazines from databases of Okinawa Times, Ryukyu Shimpo, MAGAZIN PLUS; PR magazines of municipalities, wards in Okinawa and Okinawa-releated books from datebases of Okinawa Prefectural Library, subsequently categorized contents about the functions from them. The stores were in easy environments to maintain “diverse interchanges” and fulfill multi functions such as “flexible fund management” and “circulation of local resources” based on “mutual aid” among residents, the elderly and many generations. They maintained communitybased functions such as “transmission and exchange of life-information” and “cultural exchange”. Thus, they have potential to provide “daily support”, enhance “self-help” and serve “preventive health support for the elderly”. Consequently, we consider that there are application possibilities of establishment of integrated community care system via enhancing small scale community-based multi- functions, self-help and mutual aid served by the stores in rural, remote areas. | |||||
